 If you're taking a cab, you can tell him to go to Hotel Brisas del Mar in Colonia Emiliano Zapata.  The main driveway is on the Carretera a Mismaloya, about 500 meters south of the Pemex station.  The 'official' address for Brisas del Mar is Privada Abedul 10, and it's next to the Torre Malibu building (if they have trouble this sometimes helps).

Brisas del Mar Hotel & Condominiums, situated on the south side of PV, between Amapas and Carretera a Mismaloya. Technically, the building address is on a tiny private street called Privada Abedul, but it probably won't be on most maps.  The condo, on the beach side, is located on Amapas Street, which runs along the ocean toward Conchas Chinas.  On the other side of the building is the Carretera a Mismaloya.
